Review of ASUS Monitor

ASUS VG248QE monitor adopts the most recent 'ROG SWIFT’ styling with slim bezels. The stand has the unique 'Light In Motion’ red ring around the neck and ROG motif. It also has a joystick (or JOG button) that allows you to intuitively control the On Screen Display menu system. This monitor has a tilt, pivot, height, and tilt modes.

ASUS VG248QE may include the standard AU Optronics MW01 V8. The screen has a HD 1920x1080 resolution and TN or Twisted Nematic panel. It also features a matte surface that reflects glare well. This is achieved by VG248QE which, when used in conjunction with G-SYNC (30 to 80Hz), eliminates tearing and stuttering.

A WLED backlight is available with a typical maximum balance of 350 cd/m2. These features ensure that the monitor is flicker-free. The monitor provides gamers with the fastest response time of 1ms and the smoothest 1080p gaming experience. The VG248QE gaming monitor comes with Asus's GamePlus. This includes Display Alignment and crosshair as well as FPS counter and GameVisual technologies. ASUS claims that the ASUS PG248Q was specifically made for professionals eSports gamers and enthusiasts to provide them with outstanding innovation and performance. This gaming monitor is targeted at gamers who want fluid visuals. It has a phenomenal 144 Hz refresh rate, and a 1 ms response time. A Turbo key allows avid gamers to choose their preferred refresh rates. This turbo key allows one-click switching between the 60,120, 144 Hz display options. This allows for a smaller form factor that reduces the time it takes to move the eyes across the screen.

ASUS has announced that the ROG Swift PG248Q will be the Official Monitor at a number of the most prestigious and important e-sports events around the globe, including the ESL One 2016 and the International 2016.

Verdict

Professional gamers will not find a better monitor than the ASUS V248QE. It is the best monitor available.

Alternative Power Sources for the Amazon Echo

Amazon Echo is a voice-activated wireless speaker that can be used as both a personal digital assistant and a bestselling product. The majority of Amazon Echo owners use the device for more than just listening to music and asking questions. You can also use it to order pizza, get transportation and control smart devices in your home.

The Consumer Intelligence Research Partners, (CIRPs) estimates that the US sold 3 million Echoes. These figures do not include sales of the Echo Dot and Tap, which are new additions to Amazon's Echo line. The Echo is gaining popularity every day, despite its novelty. While the Echo has received excellent reviews, the benefits are more remarkable than average.

Amazon is a leader in digital media but it had no idea how popular the Echo would be with consumers. The Echo started as a small item, but word of mouth and commercials made it a household name.

The digital assistant updates the "skills" of the Echo every few days. This allows outside developers to add to their well-meaning and innovative list of skills to enhance technology. The Echo is unique in its type and there are many competitors who want a piece of this pie. Google Home will offer a more interactive interface, and Apple TV will re-emerge.

It is impressive to see how many Echo owners there are. Some have voiced concerns about the expense and inconvenience of moving the Echo from one room to another. Amazon launched two more Echo models to address these concerns.

Tap, the portable version, is not required to be plugged into the wall unless it is being charged. The Echo functions exactly the same way as the Tap, but it is not voice activated. Tap is the name of the new device. To interact with it, the talk button must be pressed. Echo Dot is another new member. The Echo Dot is smaller than a hockey puck, but it has the same voice activation capabilities as the Echo. It can also be connected to a Bluetooth speaker or stereo system.

An Echo is my personal device. However, it cannot function without electricity and a Wi-Fi connection. It will not work without either. Some people have purchased one for every room of their home due to the necessity for electricity. They can save time by not having to move the unit from one room to another and wait for it to restart after it is plugged in to an electrical outlet.

Because the Tap is portable, some consumers debated buying it. Lucky for them, they procrastinated and bought the Tap because a few third-party vendors had a new accessory for Echo: a battery boot or base.

You can now enjoy your device in multiple rooms without needing to be connected to an electrical outlet. There is still the need to have a Wi-Fi connection or Bluetooth. There are many battery boots available to suit the individual needs. The most popular model comes with an 18-volt power adapter, which can charge for up to 18 hours.

Other battery boots can keep a charge for as long as six hours. These models can be recharged using the power adapter cord of the Echo. You can use the Echo while it's charging. The Echo's battery will be in a standby mode, meaning it won't drain when plugged in.

The bases are designed to fit snugly onto the Echo's bottom and do not appear bulky. Once properly fitted, both devices seem to blend together. The boots' bottom is made of non-slip materials, which provide stability for Echo.
